The data used consists of 7 primary data, 8 secondary data and comparing them with 3 logging bor and groundwater table depth data. Data processing uses Progress software for 1D modeling and Rockworks 16 software for 3D modeling. The rock resistivity value ranges from 0.42 to 610.73 ohms. The sand resistivity value ranges from 10.58 to 110.18 ohms. The clay sand resistivity value ranges from 5.43 to 55.57 ohms. The clay soil resistivity value ranges from 0.43 to 28.7 ohms. The gravel sand resistivity value ranges from 204 to 610.73 ?m. The results of the study show that the subsurface lithology model of 1D geoelectric data has similarities with the drill lithology data. The free aquifer layer dominates evenly in each area. The rock layers that make up the free aquifer are sand, clay sand, and gravel sand. While the clay layer is an aquiclude, this layer is spread below and above the aquifer layer.} }
