Consequently, socio-economic ailments infect the Indonesian government, causing the development system to stutter and stagnate. A reflection of a good bureaucracy is sustainable development. However, in reality, government officials rank second only to the private sector in having the highest corruption cases in Indonesia. This thesis aims to understand the existing bureaucratic models in Indonesia, modern bureaucracy, and the fiqh fiyasah perspective. It utilizes the Juridical Normative approach methodologically. Based on the conclusions drawn from the literature review conducted, it is known that the bureaucratic model in Indonesia still adheres to a patrimonial model that is prone to corruption, collusion, and nepotism. Meanwhile, the modern model proposed by David Osborne with the concept of Entrepreneurial Bureaucracy, emphasizing innovation and creativity, has brought positive changes to most areas in America, aligning with Islamic principles through Fiqh Siyasah, namely justice, transparency, and maslahah. With the application of this concept, the bureaucratic order in Indonesia will be more effective in eradicating socio-economic ailments, and the dimensions of development will be more efficient and sustainable.} }
