"The problem studied in this marriage leads to how the repetition of marriage\r\nfor couples who marry pregnant outside of marriage is because there are still\r\npeople who think that the law of remarriage in marriages that are pregnant outside\r\nof marriage is mandatory. When viewed from the juridical side, for the term\r\nrepetition of marriage, there must be several factors that cause the repetition of\r\nmarriage, including defects in the first marriage process so that a second repetition\r\nof marriage is required. And from the juridical side, there is also the term\r\nmarriage renewal or tajdidun nikah which leads to the renewal of the marriage\r\ncontract as a form of ihtiyath or prudence.\r\nThis type of research is field research (fieldresearch) using a qualitative\r\ndescriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data secondary data. The\r\nprimary data is the result of interviews with research subjects, while secondary\r\ndata is obtained through literature study of books or scientific papers related to\r\nremarriage. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation,\r\ninterviews, and documentation.\r\nThe results of the study show first: the KUA's view of remarriage for\r\ncouples who marry pregnant outside of marriage is whether it must be carried out.\r\nThere are no obstacles during the remarriage if both have agreed to remarry.\r\nSecond: the reason the community remarries is because it is for the good of the\r\nhusband and wife themselves to become pure again. Third : According to Islamic\r\nlaw, marrying a woman who is pregnant has two views, the first view which states\r\nthat it is halal to marry then the second view which states that it is forbidden to\r\nmarry."^^ .
