Legal provisions regarding buying and selling are regulated in the Civil Code (KUHPer), in this case consumers receive protection contained in the provisions of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Officially, the Gofood service in Sleman district collaborates with the Sleman Regency Regional Government to support the development of digitalization of MSMEs. The number of large business actors and MSMEs recorded to date has reached 109,693, resulting in a large number of transactions. In 2022, the number of Gofood transactions will reach 1.6 billion transactions. An increase in Gofood transactions has the potential to increase the occurrence of food or drink discrepancies. This can cause losses felt by consumers. This research is descriptive analysis based on juridical-empirical reality in the field. Research is carried out by observing applicable laws and the truth of facts in society. The research is presented descriptively analytically based on the statutory regulatory approach and interview results. Legislation is the basic basis for conducting research, while interviews are used as the basis for accurate information that describes field conditions. Data obtained through the interview process becomes primary data, while secondary data sources are obtained from library materials such as statutory regulations, books, journals and articles. The theories used in this research are consumer protection theory and responsibility theory. The results of this research show that: Firstly, legal protection for consumers who experience non-conformity of food/drinks on Gofood service media is regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in the form of: product replacement, refunds and compensation from business actors.
