Al-Imdad Farm, which is under the auspices of Al-Imdad Islamic Boarding School, established agriculture and livestock farming on their waqf land. Lintang Songo Islamic Boarding School also does agriculture and livestock farming. As a lungguh land, the land used by Lintang Songo Smart Farm and Garden does not need to be questioned anymore about its validity. In this thesis, the land used by Al-Imdad Farm and Lintang Songo Smart Farm and Garden will be studied from an ecological fiqh perspective. This type of research is included in qualitative research using the ecological fiqh theory approach of Yu{\ensuremath{>}}suf Al-Qard\}a{\ensuremath{>}}wi. This research is included in qualitative research that reveals the meanings contained in the use of waqf land by Al-Imdad Farm and the use of lungguh land by Lintang Songo Smart Farm and Garden using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is presented in a descriptive-comparative form. The results of this study found that there are 3 fundamental differences between the use of waqf land by Al-Imdad Farm and the use of lungguh land by Lintang Songo Smart Farm and Garden. First, Al-Imdad Farm focuses on materials related to agriculture and plantations, while Lintang Songo Smart Farm and Garden teaches knowledge about entrepreneurship. Second, the waqf land managed by Al-Imdad Farm as a whole focuses on agriculture and plantations, while the lungguh land managed by Lintang Songo Smart Farm and Garden is also accompanied by the cultivation of flower plants and the preservation of fish ponds. Third, agricultural and plantation products from waqf land are processed directly by the manager of Al-Imdad Farm, while agricultural, plantation, and fishery products from lungguh land are processed not only by the manager of Lintang Songo Smart Farm and Garden, but also by the students, in the use of lungguh land Lintang Songo Smart Farm and Garden applies more ecological fiqh points than Al-Imdad Farm.} }
