%X This research examines the dynamics of granting mining business licenses to mass organizations through the perspective of Said Nursi's ecotheology. Ecotheology is a discipline that combines theological knowledge and ecological principles, serving as a foundation for understanding the impact of this dynamic decision on the environment and human spirituality. This study employs a literature review method, referring to primary sources from Said Nursi's monumental work, Risalah an-Nur. The findings of this research indicate that Said Nursi views the environmental crisis not merely as an ecological crisis but also as a spiritual crisis afflicting modern society. Nursi offers a spiritual approach to addressing this crisis by emphasizing the position of humans as stewards (khalifah) on earth. Therefore, granting mining licenses to mass organizations without considering ecological and spiritual aspects could lead to environmental ecosystem damage and internal conflicts within the organizations
