Data  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  skala  lickert.  Penelitian  ini \r\nmenggunakan  tiga  variabel  bebas  yaitu  komunikasi,  kultur  organisasi  dan  motivasi dan satu \r\nvariabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. \r\nPengambilan sampel ini menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah  sampel  sebanyak  35  responden.  \r\nMetode  analisis  yang  digunakan  adalah analisis   uji   linear   berganda   dengan   menggunakan \r\n  software   SBM   SPSS.   Pada penelitian  ini,  komunikasi  dan  motivasi  tidak  memiliki  \r\npengaruh  yang  signifikan terhadap   kinerja   karyawan.
