Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25.0. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Data primer dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari responden. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan komunikasi interpersonal kompensasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
