abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure on dividend policy with liquidity as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are secondary data from financial sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2022. The research sample consisted of 102 observations. This study uses a quantitative panel data regression method with the help of the E-views 10 test tool. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has a negative effect on dividend policy, institutional ownership and foreign ownership have no effect on dividend policy. Then the liquidity variable in moderating managerial ownership on dividend policy has a positive effect. However, liquidity is unable to moderate institutional ownership and foreign ownership on dividend policy.
