When someone chooses to work and study, then that person will undergo more than one role. To avoid conflict between roles, work-life balance is needed. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is a relationship between family support and perceived organizational support with work-life balance in college workers. This study uses a correlational quantitative method. Subjekts in this study were workers who were continuing their college education, totalling 210 people. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling. Measuring instruments in the data collection process use a work-life balance scale, a family support scale, and a perceived organizational support scale. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that family support and perceived organizational support have a positive relationship with work-life balance simultaneously with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Family support has a positive relationship to work-life balance partially with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, perceived organizational support has a positive relationship to work-life balance partially with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
