Kom %T NILAI-NILAI KARAKTER PERSPEKTIF THOMAS LICKONA DALAM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS ONLINE DI PROGRAM STUDI MANAJEMEN UNIVERSITAS SIBER MUHAMMADIYAH (SIBERMU) YOGYAKARTA %X The implementation of character education must be carried out and managed well by each university. So, the management stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising, are important to carry out in character education. However, this is a challenge for universities that use online learning systems. According to Thomas Lickona, there are 12 moral values of character education that need to be taught, namely respect, responsibility, honesty, justice, tolerance, wisdom, discipline, mutual help, caring for others, cooperation, courage and democracy. So this research has two objectives, namely: (1) to find out the character education management model in the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah Siber University Management Study Program, and (2) the impact of implementing character education management in the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah Siber University Management Study Program for students and lecturers. This research uses qualitative methods carried out at the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah Siber University Management Study Program. Research data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis for this research is by collecting data, coding data, analyzing coding data, interpreting findings, reporting findings, and validating data. Meanwhile, the validity of this research data, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research show that (1) the character education planning for the SiberMu University management study program is in accordance with Thomas Lickona's six moral values. Meanwhile, organizing character education is in accordance with the moral value of cooperation. The implementation of character education is carried out using LMS for asynchronous learning and Zoom for synchronous learning. In implementing character education, SiberMu University's management study program is in accordance with Thomas Lickona's 10 moral values. Supervision of character education is monitored through a progress bar held by lecturers and this process includes the moral values of cooperation and discipline from Thomas Lickona's perspective.
