Employees will feel satisfied when what they hope for comes true, and vice versa, if what they get is not in accordance with what they expected it will cause the employee to be dissatisfied. Work behavior and organizational communication are one of the variables that can influence job satisfaction. The objectives of this research are (1) to determine the significant influence of work behavior on job satisfaction, (2) to determine the significant influence of organizational communication on job satisfaction, (3) to determine the simultaneous influence of work behavior and organizational communication on job satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The research was conducted with a sample of 82 employee respondents at the Sleman Regency Ministry of Religion office. Sampling used the Slovin formula and data collection used a observation, questionnaire, documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis method uses descriptive statistics to determine sample characteristics and data frequency distribution, and inferential statistical analysis to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results of this research show that 1) The significance value obtained in the work behavior variable coefficients table is 0.044. Where 0.044 < 0.05, so work behavior has a significant influence on job satisfaction. Hα1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. 2) The significance value obtained in the organizational communication variable coefficients table was 0.000. Where 0.000 < 0.05, so organizational communication has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Hα2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. 3) The R square value is 75.1%, which explains that there is a strong relationship between work behavior variables and organizational communication simultaneously with job satisfaction.
