In this context, the principal functions as a supervisor who is responsible for planning, implementing and following up academic supervision to support the development of teacher performance and morality. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the implementation of academic supervision by the school principal and its impact on the performance and morality of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Depok. The type of research used is qualitative with a field research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: 1) Supervision planning includes program preparation, supervision schedule, forming a team, and supervision instruments. In the planning, teacher morality is improved through character development, good communication, and moral and ethical development. 2) Implementation of supervision uses a collaborative approach, practical, humanist and constructive principles. In its implementation, teacher morality is enhanced through cooperation, mutual understanding and respect, the formation of good morals and commitment to practicing exemplary teaching. 3) Supervision follow-up begins with analyzing the results of supervision as a basis for follow-up, providing appreciation and reinforcement to teachers as well as professional development through various ongoing workshops. Follow-up program to improve teacher morality through routine teacher and employee recitations, virtual recitation-Sirah Nabawiyah and Ramadhan tarhib to welcome Ramadan happily. 4) Obstacles and challenges for school principals in carrying out supervision include limited time, difficulty synchronizing supervision schedules, teacher readiness for supervision schedules, varied teacher behavior. the teacher's emotional condition, lack of response from the teacher, and increasing teacher competence.
