The subjects of this research involved the caregivers (leaders) and teachers of the Murtadha Muthahhari Yogyakarta Islamic boarding school, 10 Islamic boarding school students who were referred to as the head of the boarding school and the boarding school secretary. Meanwhile, the research object includes program and institutional management in improving analysis and critical thinking power, of course using a qualitative approach with strategy and a case study approach. The results of this research explain that the Murtadha Muthahhari Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school that focuses on studying Islamic philosophy issues by providing a learning platform in the form of launching philosophy programs at annual, monthly, weekly and daily levels. The annual program is known as the takhassus class with a duration of one year and a target of 500 sessions. The monthly program includes SFI (Islamic school of philosophy) with a duration of 6 months with a target of 300 sessions. Meanwhile, the weekly and daily programs are called short courses with a target of 20 sessions. In managing the philosophy class program to increase analysis and critical thinking skills at the Murtadha Muthahhari Islamic boarding school in Yogyakarta, the teachers make a plan by designing the objectives, teaching materials and orientation of the program being run. The organization regarding the distribution of teachers for elementary classes is entrusted to students who are deemed worthy based on the program they are following and their writing ability while attending the class. For substantive materials, the main teacher at the boarding school will guide you directly. Meanwhile, in terms of institutional management, it can be supported by effective leadership, systematic organization of the division of labor within the Murtadha Muthahhari Islamic boarding school. And finally, it is supported by the existence of the cottage culture and tradition which is always open and dialogue about everything, does not preclude criticism from all parties but is based on rationality and objectivity.} }
