The use of medicinal plants in Dragon Village is still very common among the community. This study aims to identify the types of plants used, plant organs used, processing methods, ways of use, sources of community knowledge, and assess the use value and important value of plants with medicinal properties. The research was conducted in Dragon Village, Tasikmalaya, between March and May 2024, using the snowball sampling method and in-dept interviews. The results of the study showed that there were 70 species from 37 families of plants. Ethnobotany is a discipline that studies the interaction between humans and plants. Herbs are the most abundant habitus, and the plant organs used include leaves, fruits, rhizomes, seeds, roots, tubers, stems, and flowers. The processing methods used include boiling, brewing, pounding, drying, or using without processing. The way to use medicinal plants includes drinking, eating, spreading, and chewing. The highest UVs value was sereuh (Piper betle L.) (0.3) and the highest INP value was ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe.) (60%).
