        abstract = {In relation to the fulfillment of children's rights in Indonesia, it is regulated in Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights which includes the rights of children, the implementation of the obligations and responsibilities of parents, families, communities, government and the state to provide protection for children. Maq{\=a}{\d s}id Syar{\=i}?ah will be a fairly serious study to determine how children's rights are fulfilled and how Maq{\=a}{\d s}id Syar{\=i}?ah views towards fulfilling children's rights in TNI families.
The aim of this research is to describe the fulfillment of children's rights in TNI families in Kodim 0723, Klaten Regency and describe the views of Maq{\=a}{\d s}id Syar{\=i}?ah in fulfilling children's rights in TNI families in Kodim 0723 Klaten Regency. The research method used is qualitative with the type of field research.
Based on the results of research on four families and two children in Dormitory II Kodim 0723, Klaten Regency, it shows that all families have fulfilled their children's rights quite well. Parents are able to provide children with their rights in order to fulfill their obligations as parents and help children achieve independence. Parents at Dormitory II Kodim 0723, Klaten Regency have carried out their obligations to care for, guide, support, educate, provide religious understanding, provide protection, and provide love in the hope that the child will grow and develop well.
