        abstract = {Elections are one of the instruments used as a mechanism for leadership succession. They are carried out directly, publicly, freely, secretly, honestly and fairly in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The implementation of the 2024 Election in Central Lampung Regency, there are several things that need to be highlighted related to various problems that arose in the election on February 14 which need to be emphasized and studied further.
This thesis is the result of a combination of library and field research, namely a study conducted by collecting information from primary and secondary sources, analyzing print and electronic media, including books, journals, articles, findings of previous studies and literature reviews related to the implementation of the 2024 Election in Central Lampung Regency, then analyzed using the theory of Islamic work ethic according to Toto Tasmara and the theory of justice of Quraish Shihab.
If analyzed using the principles of Islamic work ethic according to Toto Tasmara, then the implementation of the 2024 Election in Central Lampung Regency is in accordance with the principles of having leadership qualities, respecting time, never being satisfied with doing good, thirsting for knowledge, being persistent and never giving up and being oriented towards productivity. However, the work volume of the Central Lampung KPPS members is not in accordance with justice according to Quraish Shihab who expressed equality and paying attention to individual rights. Although the salaries of KPPS members are quite high, of course it does not rule out the need for attention to the rights of each individual so that they are not violated and cause unwanted things.}
