"Mental health is an important aspect on a par with physical health and needs attention without considering an individual's background. Research from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, University of Washington, regarding the 2019 Global Burden of Disease (GBD), shows an increasing trend in the number of people suffering from mental health disorders in Indonesia in the last 30 years. Seeing this, the Instagram account @titiktemu.co.id is here as a means of mental health information, trying to provide education and support to the community. This research uses a qualitative approach with the 4C theory to analyze how the @titiktemu.co.id account is managed as an information medium. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that social media management on the Instagram account @titiktemu.co.id is effective in conveying mental health information. Based on the research results, it was found that the management of the Instagram account @titiktemu.co.id as a means of mental health information has implemented aspects of the 4C theory, namely context, communication, cool collaboration and connection. Although the overall management of the @titiktemu.co.id account has shown success, this research identified several areas that need improvement, especially in the aspects of connection and content interactivity. Some of the uploaded content is not yet fully capable of creating deep interaction with followers. This indicates that although the account has played an important role as a platform for mental health information, there is still room to strengthen the relationship with its followers. In order to achieve more optimal effectiveness, continuous efforts are needed to improve the quality of interactions through more interesting and relevant content. In this way, the @titiktemu.co.id account can further strengthen its position as an information medium that not only conveys information, but also builds stronger connections with its community of followers.
