The aim of this research is to determine user perceptions of the quality of Amarta Library services at SMA Negeri 1 Bantul. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research using the LIBQUAL method. It is hoped that this research will be useful for the world of libraries and education in measuring the quality of Amarta Library services at SMA Negeri 1 Bantul and can provide input to library managers to take further development and improvement in terms of library services. In this research, the researcher determined that questionnaires and interviews were the primary data sources. rata ratawhile, secondary data sources are documentation and observation. This research uses descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. In this research, the formulas that will be used to analyze the data are the rata rata and grand rata rata. After analyzing and interpreting the average value of service quality from the four sub-variables, the calculation was then carried out again and obtained an average value of 3.49.
