"The existence of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Library Instagram account with the\r\nname @perpusuinyogyakarta still allows the UIN Sunan Kalijaga academic\r\ncommunity to obtain incomplete information about the library. This depends on\r\nthe interaction pattern of the personal account and the pattern of information\r\ndissemination by the library account. This problem is what encourages\r\nresearchers to observe the availability of information (variable X), the fulfillment\r\nof information needs (variable Y), and the influence between the two variables.\r\nThis research was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods. Distribution\r\nof questionnaires was carried out onlive via Direct Message (DM). Then the data\r\nwas processed using Mean, Grand Mean, and Simple Linear Regression analysis\r\nwith IBM SPSS. The results of this research show that the availability of\r\ninformation on UIN Sunan Kalijaga Library Instagram is good. Fulfilling the\r\ninformation needs of users is also good. Meanwhile, the influence of variable X on\r\nvariable Y is 41,5% with a strong relationship of 0,644. The novelty of this\r\nresearch is on measuring the availability of information and then analyzing its\r\ninfluence shows that Instagram account of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Library is not\r\nfully accessed by the academic community, as is proven by the result of the\r\nanalysis regarding the frequency which has the lowest value among the other\r\nindicators of variable Y. Research is limited to how content is distributed on\r\nInstagram and its influence on users.
