This research aims to determine the influence of workload, work environment, and job satisfaction partially or simultaneously on the desire to change jobs of Mdakir Rekhal Jepara employees. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population and sample in this research were all 40 employees of Mdakir Rekhal Jepara. Data collection methods use questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturated sample, namely all employees as the sample. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 30.0. The results of this research show that partially workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the desire to change jobs, while the work environment has an insignificant effect on the desire to change jobs. Meanwhile, simultaneously or together, workload, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant influence on the desire to change jobs. The R square value obtained was 0.662, which means that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable at 66.2%, while the remaining 33.8% is explained by other variables outside the model.
