This phenomenon shows the alleged massive use of the internet and social media from several criteria, so that the role of the social world is indispensable in every company's multimedia organization to keep up with the times, one of which is the MQ Gallery media. Organizational behavior and communication are often not a special concern for every organizer of the organization. This research is a qualitative study using an organizational behavior approach that analyzes data from the angle of communication and is explained in descriptive form. This researcher aims to find out the description of the steps of organizational communication behavior of MQ Gallery members in building communication relationships so that they are compact and solid. The subject of this research is the MQ Gallery organization while the object of this research is the dynamics of organizational behavior in running communication relationships from organizational interactions, thus creating solidarity in the organization. Data collection techniques in this study using interview methods determined by purposive sampling then observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the steps of organizational behavior are carried out through three aspects, including (1) Individual Behavior, namely a person's personality that affects communication, such as traits and attitudes in managing messages, communication goals to understand the meaning of the organizational environment. (2) Group Behavior, namely the formation of teams in carrying out tasks and honing abilities, formal and informal structures in collaboration, and free communication channels without a hierarchical level. (3) Organizational Behavior, namely the flow of information is channeled and accommodated, organizational culture becomes the next reference for members, accommodates the form of member inetraction, and handles conflicts through family ways. It was also found that collective work and organizational culture built in a family manner can foster solidarity with the results of chemistry, sensitivity and acceptance of members' emotions %Z Pembimbing: Dra.
