One of the conditions that can be met is by economic growth. Economic growth has a close relation to social well-being. By looking at the economic growth, one can measure of how well a country's economy is doing. Of course, economic growth also determines a country's prosperity, security, and progress. The higher the economic growth rate, the higher the level of welfare, prosperity, economy, and security. This study aims to analyze the impact of democracy (represented by each province?s democracy index), inequality (represented by Gini Ratio), and human resources (represented by each province?s HDI) on economic growth. By using panel data in the form of 7 provinces of Java and Bali Island and by using random effects model for the period of 2014-2022, we find that democracy and inequality variables partially doesn?t give a significant impact on the economic growth of Jawa-Bali. On the other hand, human development index variables have a significant impact on economic growth.
