Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The data in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires and obtaining samples with the criteria of BPRS Buana Mitra Perwira Purbalingga employees who had worked for more than one year as many as 75 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this research is SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that quality of work life, transformational leadership, and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
