abstract: This research aims to determine the comparative differences in the financial health of conventional and sharia Non-Bank Financial Institutions (LKNB) in their investment decisions. This research uses secondary data with a population of conventional and sharia LKNB registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sample used is a financing and financial technology company that has had public financial reports for the last 5 years. The sample data obtained was 75 companies consisting of 52 conventional LKNB companies and 23 sharia LKNB companies. This research consists of 2 variables, namely the independent variable in the form of liquidity ratios (current ratio and cash ratio) and profitability ratios (ROA and ROE). The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, then panel data regression analysis and finally the classic assumption test. Hypothesis testing uses the F test and the Mann Whitney-U test. The research results show that there is an influence between the conventional LKNB current ratio variable on investment decisions, there is no influence between the conventional LKNB cash ratio variable on investment decisions, there is no influence between the profitability ratio of conventional LKNB on investment decisions, there is no influence between the financial health of sharia LKNB on investment decisions, there is no difference between the current ratio of conventional and sharia LKNB and there is a difference between the cash ratio, ROA and ROE between conventional and sharia LKNB.
