N2 - This study analyzes the effect of investment in the education sector with school operational assistance (SOA) funds, health sector investment with health operational assistance (HOA) funds, poverty and Islamic philanthropic funds with zakat, infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) contributions on the human development index (HDI) in Indonesia for the 2017-2023 period. This study uses panel data regression with a fixed effect model. The results show that SOA, HOA, and ZIS funds have a significant positive impact on HDI, while poverty has a significant negative impact. These findings emphasize the importance of increasing investment in the education and health sectors, as well as wise management, encouraging poverty alleviation policies, as well as optimizing zakat, infaq and sadaqah funds to increase the value of the human development index in Indonesia.
