A teacher can be able to write a good question if he knows precisely what will be evaluated and can mention it in the form of a certain objective that will be brought about to his students. Based on the problem, this article tries to elaborate the way how to make learning objective in the Blooms perspective, in particular on three domains, i.e. cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. This writing is just focused on the level C1 (knowledge) and C2 (understanding) in making chemistrys questions. The author classifies the learning objective in chemistry and is followed by the example of question unit. By this it is hoped that the teacher can make the good question in a short time. The example given in this article is the kind of multiple choice because it provides more possibility to measure higher mental process than other objective forms. PB - FAK.
