abstract: This study highlights the importance of firm value for both investors and the company itself. For investors, an increase in firm value is considered a positive signal of the company's performance, influencing their investment decisions. On the other hand, an increase in firm value also reflects the company's progress in achieving its goal of enhancing the welfare of its stakeholders. This research aims to examine and analyze the factors that influence firm value in the Sharia stock index in Indonesia during the period of 2018-2023. Using panel data from 69 companies and a total of 414 observations, the analysis was conducted using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) with the aid of EViews 12 software. The results show that capital structure, liquidity, and tax avoidance have a positive impact on firm value, while foreign ownership, dividend policy, and environmental performance have a negative impact. Based on these findings, companies can increase their future value by managing capital structure, strengthening liquidity, and optimizing tax avoidance practices as part of their operational strategies. It is expected that this will bring positive outcomes for the company's future.
