description: Good governance is intended to encourage regional economic growth and reduce poverty. High poverty rates and uneven economic growth can have an impact on the entire community. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze transparency, accountability, community participation, effectiveness in the management of village funds for village development in West Aceh Regency. This quantitative research took a sample of 350 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 4.1 software. The results of this study show that transparency, accountability, community participation, effectiveness and efficiency in the management of village funds have a significant effect on village development in West Aceh Regency.
