abstract: K-Pop fans often show a level of obsessiveness towards their idols, which can lead to the phenomenon of celebrity worship. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between religiosity and celebrity worship among K-Pop fans. The subjects of the study were 118 people aged between 18 and 25 years, and the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The method applied was correlational research with a quantitative approach. The measuring instruments used included a religiosity scale adapted by Purnomo, F. H., & Suryadi, B. (2017), and a celebrity worship scale modified from Maltby et al. (2006). The results showed that there was no significant relationship between religiosity and celebrity worship among K-Pop fans in D.I. Yogyakarta. This is indicated by the Sig. value in the Spearman rho correlation test of 0.129 (P> 0.05) and the correlation coefficient value of 0.141 (P> 0.05).
