%X The Tempuran Sub-district Office is a regional apparatus organization that aims to improve the coordination of governance, public services, and community empowerment of villages and villages and is a structured organization and there is a communication process in delivering messages and information needed in the organization. The existence of a complex bureaucratic system, where communication between superiors and subordinates is less than optimal, especially in terms of timeliness, in delivering information or providing feedback can cause a number of problems, one of which is the lack of employee motivation. This study aims to analyze the organizational communication climate in relation to work motivation in employees at Tempuran Sub-district Office, Magelang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that an open, transparent, and participative organizational communication climate has a positive influence on employees' work motivation. Employees feel more motivated when information is conveyed clearly and they are involved in the decision-making process. An open communication environment allows employees to feel accepted and part of the group. This fulfills their social needs by building a sense of belonging and stronger relationships with coworkers. Overall, employee well-being is critical to increased motivation in organizations by providing clear goals, adequate facilities, and opportunities for professional development to encourage collaborative efforts towards organizational goals.
