Nadlifah, M.Pd %T UPAYA GURU DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KEDISIPLINAN DI RA ‘AISYIYAH JINTAP WONOKETRO JETIS PONOROGO %X This study is based on observations conducted from September to November, where 30% of the 10 children observed still demonstrated a lack of discipline. This included behaviors such as not returning toys to their proper places, littering, not following rules during marching and exercise activities, and not waiting their turn. These issues highlight the need to instill discipline in children at school. The study aims to understand the level of discipline among young children at RA 'Aisyiyah Jintap and to examine teachers' efforts to develop discipline. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations and interviews and were analyzed through stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the study was tested using source triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) Discipline among children in Group B at RA ‘Aisyiyah Jintap Wonoketro Jetis Ponorogo has shown positive development. Most children demonstrate very good development (BSB), although some are still at the developing-as-expected stage (BSH). (2) Teachers’ efforts to foster discipline include role modeling, habituation, consistency, and reinforcement of positive discipline.
