The implementation of inclusive education at MAN 2 Sleman faces several challenges, including fulfilling services for PDBK and the readiness of teachers to handle PDBK. The learning process for visually impaired PDBK at MAN 2 Sleman has been carried out in accordance with the principles of inclusive education, but the development of innovative learning media is a significant hope to support the progress of inclusive education. The objectives of this study are: 1) to develop a time-measuring device with sound output for visually impaired students at MAN 2 Sleman, 2) to evaluate the quality of the time-measuring device with sound output for visually impaired students at MAN 2 Sleman, 3) to assess the response of visually impaired students at MAN 2 Sleman to the time-measuring device with sound output. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model developed by Dick and Carey. The steps in this research include analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used include validation sheets for the instrument and product, product assessment sheets, and student response sheets. The quality of the product was assessed using a Likert scale with 4 points, while student responses were measured using a Guttman scale with categories of "Agree" and "Disagree." The results of this study show that a time-measuring device with sound output has been developed, which can be used by both visually impaired students and regular students. The device received an Excellent (Very Good) rating based on assessments by subject matter experts, media experts, and physics teachers at MAN 2 Sleman, with average scores of 3.54, 3.91, and 3.95, respectively. The students’ responses to the device were categorized as "Agree," indicating that the device was acceptable to the students, with an average score of 0.64. %Z Pembimbing: Iva Nandya Atika, S.Pd., M.Ed.
