Competition occurs because of the many start-up course institutions that have emerged. To maintain the institution through services in the sense of good and interesting learning, the institution must have good planning in educator resource management. Because educators are also an important aspect in improving the quality of learning. Therefore, this study aims to determine the strategies used by English Caf{\'e} course institutions in recruiting educators. The method used to conduct this research is a qualitative method and efforts to collect data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The informant in this research is Human Resource Development (HRD). Data analysis in this study used the Miles \& Huberman technique, namely data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Then the data validity technique uses triangulation techniques, namely interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The output of the research on educator recruitment strategies in enhancing the quality of learning, namely recruitment planning which consists of needs analysis and job analysis. Then the process of advertising job vacancies uses Smart, Glints and Jobstreet Express. Furthermore, for the selection process, English Caf{\'e} uses three stages, namely CV screening, written tests, and interviews. After passing the selection, English Caf{\'e} provides training to educators who pass the selection for three days. As for the results of the recruitment strategy carried out in general, it is well implemented. The performance process of teaching staff is carried out in two ways, namely supervision through group admins and surveys of student satisfaction with teaching staff.} }
