(2) To find out whether there is a significant influence between teacher work motivation and the school image at SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman. (3) To find out whether there is a simultaneous influence of school culture and teacher work motivation on the school image at SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman. (4) To find out whether there is mediation in each variable between school culture, teacher work motivation, and school image. The Quantitative method using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using multiple linear regression. The research population was 30 teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman. Sampling used saturated sampling so that up totaling 30 teachers who teach at SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman. The data collection tool used a questionnaire. The results of this research show that 1) there is a significant influence between the School Culture and the School Image at SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman. There result are proven by a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that Ha1 is accepted while H01 is rejected. 2) There is no significant influence between the Teacher Work Motivation and the School Image at SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman. This result is proven by a significance value of 0.749 > 0.05, which means that Ha2 is rejected while H02 is accepted. 3) The results of the study indicate that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the School Culture and Teacher Work Motivation with the School Image at SMP Negeri 3 Depok Sleman. The R Square value of 38.6% explains the low and weak influence on school culture (X₁) and teacher work motivation (X₂) on school image (Y). While 61.4% of the variability in variable Y is contributed by other variables. The results are proven by a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that Ha3 is accepted while H03 is rejected. 4) The result of the research, in the table of partial correlation between school culture, and teacher work motivation involving the school image resulted in ryx=0,486˃ryx.z=0,430 so that the relationship between school culture and teacher work motivation is mediated by the school image. The partial correlation between school culture and school image involving teacher work motivation resulted in ryx=0,619˃ryx.z=0,585 so that the relationship between school culture ang school image was mediated by teacher work motivation.
