"The background of this research arises by the academic concern of the\r\nresearcher about the assumption of the influence of Instagram social media and\r\nthe campus environment in the religious life of students, especially in the aspect\r\nof prayer services. In 2024, the world is faced with increasingly sophisticated\r\ntechnology that makes an addiction of playing the Instagram social media for the\r\nstudents, which certainly has an influence on the quality of prayers services. Not\r\nonly on Instagram, it turns out that social interactions on campus also have an\r\ninfluence on the quality of student‟s prayer. The aim of this research is to\r\ndetermine the influence of Instagram social media and the campus environment\r\non the quality of prayer service for Islamic Religious Education master‟s students\r\nat UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Class of 2022/2023 Even Semester.\r\nThis research is a type of field research using mixed method (quantitative\r\nand qualitative). The location used in this research is UIN Sunan Kalijaga\r\nYogyakarta. The subjects used in this research were all Masters Students in\r\nIslamic Religious Education at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Data collection\r\nuses questionnaires and interviews, observation and documentation. The validity\r\ntest used in this research is product moment correlation, while the reliability test\r\nused in this research is the Cronbach‟s alpha technique. Data analysis user\r\ncorrelation, coefficient of determination, F test, and T test.\r\nThe results of this research are: 1) there is an influence of Instagram\r\nsocial media on the prayer practice of Islamic Religious Education master's\r\nstudents at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Even Semester Class 2022/2023,\r\namounting to 16,4%, 2) there is an influence of the campus environment on the\r\nprayer practice of master's students Islamic Religious Education at UIN Sunan\r\nKalijaga Yogyakarta Even Semester Class 2022/2023, amounting to 94,9%, 3)\r\nthere is an influence of social media Instagram and the campus environment on\r\nthe prayer practice of Islamic Religious Education master's students at UIN\r\nSunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Even Semester 2022/2023, amounting to 95,9%, 4)\r\nprayer practice of Islamic Religious Education master's students at UIN Sunan\r\nKalijaga Yogyakarta Force Even Semester 2022/2023 is included in the very\r\ngood category, normatively they understand the meaning and function of prayer,\r\nregularly perform performing fardhu prayers, there are also those who perform\r\nsunnah prayers, in fact they not only perform qouliyah and filiyah prayers, but\r\nthey are also able to measure themselves and know how. to improve the quality\r\nof their worship and increase their faith when it is weak."^^ .
