%A NIM.: 22200011145 Naima %O Prof. Dr. Aziz Muslim, M.Pd. %T KONSEP DIRI, MOTIVASI BELAJAR, DAN PRESTASI SANTRI PUTRA PESANTREN MODERN DATOK SULAIMAN PALOPO %X This study was conducted to understand how the self-concept, learning motivation, and academic achievement of male santri at Modern Pesantren Datok Sulaiman Palopo are formed and interrelated. In pesantren, santri are required to divide their time between general education, Qur'an memorisation, and various extracurricular activities, which can affect the formation of their self-concept. This self-concept is very important because it plays a role in shaping the behaviour, feelings, and perceptions of santri in everyday life. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews and observations of purposively selected santri to gain a deeper understanding of their self-concept and learning motivation. The data collected was analysed through thematic analysis to identify emerging patterns related to self-concept, motivation, and achievement. The results showed that santri's self-concept is influenced by internal pesantren factors, such as discipline and character education, as well as social factors from the surrounding environment. Their learning motivation is triggered by personal goals as well as support from the pesantren environment that encourages santri to continue to excel. The findings also show that a positive self-concept and strong learning motivation have a significant impact on the academic achievement of santri. This research is expected to enrich the understanding of the determinants of santri achievement in modern pesantren and become a reference for pesantren managers in improving character education strategies and the quality of santri learning. %K Konsep Diri, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Santri Putra %D 2024 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib69245
