With the increasing demand for its products, the business faces challenges in inventory management, which is still conducted manually. Manual recording processes often lead to inefficiencies, recording errors, production delays, and potential customer loss. This study aims to design and implement an inventory management information system using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) with a Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach. RAD was chosen for its flexibility in facilitating rapid and iterative system development. The research methods include business process observation, in-depth interviews with the manager, and system requirements analysis. The system development process consists of three stages: analysis, design, and implementation. The implementation results demonstrate that the developed system effectively supports the recording of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as real-time inventory monitoring. The system features a dashboard to monitor material availability, enabling informed decision-making regarding procurement and inventory management. Testing indicates that the system reduces manual errors, improves record accuracy, and accelerates workflow. Additionally, it aids management in maintaining sufficient inventory to fulfill orders on time. This study contributes significantly to empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to adapt to information technology, enhance competitiveness, and achieve more efficient business processes. %Z Ir.
