"One of the stages in the election process is campaigning. Campaigning is a stage in the election process that aims to convince voters that they will receive more support. Therefore, to ensure that campaigning is conducted fairly and transparently, strict supervision is needed by relevant parties, one of which is the election supervisory body. In the implementation of elections, it certainly does not always run smoothly. One of the common election violations encountered is violations of the installation of campaign paraphernalia. Campaign paraphernalia is one of the media used by election participants to convey their vision and mission to the public. However, violations often occur related to the use of campaign paraphernalia, such as installation in locations that do not comply with the existing regulations in Bantul Regency. This can disrupt public order and damage the image of democracy. In this study, the author examines the enforcement of law against violations of campaign paraphernalia by the Bantul Regency election supervisory body and the enforcement of law against violations of campaign paraphernalia by the election supervisory body from the perspective of maslahah mursalah.\r\nIn conducting the research, the author employed an empirical legal research method with a descriptive analytical research nature, utilizing both statutory and case approaches. The data sources in this research include primary data from the 1945 Constitution, Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections, and the KPU Regulation No. 15 of 2023 concerning Election Campaigns. Additionally, secondary legal materials such as books, journals, or other research findings from legal experts were utilized.\r\nThe results of this study explain that the law enforcement carried out by the Bantul Regency Bawaslu is by removing or tidying up campaign paraphernalia that violates regulations. There are no special efforts made by the Bantul Regency Bawaslu, it's just that they have made several efforts to prevent or reduce the number of violations of the installation of campaign paraphernalia. These efforts include socialization with political parties regarding the rules for installing campaign paraphernalia and writing articles. In overseeing the democratic election festival, especially regarding election crimes, Bantul Regency has formed a Sentra Gakkumdu, which is a collaboration of three institutions, namely the Bantul Bawaslu, the Bantul Police, and the Bantul State Prosecutor's Office. Bawaslu will act as the election supervisor and receive reports or findings of alleged election crimes. The police will conduct investigations and investigations while the Prosecutor's Office will play a role in prosecution up to the trial. When viewed from the perspective of maslahah mursalah, the enforcement carried out by the Bantul Regency Bawaslu is in accordance with the principles of maslahah mursalah which prioritizes public welfare, brings benefits and prevents harm.
