N2  - The phenomenon that occurred in East Tobai Village, Sokobanah District, Sampang, regarding the role of migrant workers in forming family resilience, is interesting to study more deeply about what values the community applies in forming household integrity so that by looking at the divorce rate in Sampang Regency, it has decreased so much. significant. Therefore, this research will examine "The Role of Migrant Workers in Forming Family Resilience (Case Study in East Tobai Village, Sokobanah District, Sampang Regency)". The aim of this research is to analyze the role of migrant workers in forming family resilience in East Tobai Village, Sokobenah District, Sampang Regency and what values influence the formation of family resilience of migrant workers in East Tobai Village, Sokobenah District, Sampang Regency.
This research uses empirical legal research involving field research to understand people's attitudes directly by collecting the necessary information and data. The sources of data collected are primary and secondary sources. By using the results of interviews, observations and documentation.
The research results show that; Firstly, the role of migrant workers in forming family resilience in East Tobai village is that people who come from migrant families can be said to be good because the ways they use to maintain household integrity include: maintaining trust in each other, maintaining communication and not forgetting their respective responsibilities as husband and wife even in a long distance relationship with their family. Moreover, the issue of children's education is something that the people of East Tobai village pay very close attention to. So, in terms of education, children from migrant families are very good. Second, the resilience values of migrant worker families in East Tobai village, Sokobenah subdistrict, Sampang district are analyzed in terms of religious values, social values and moral values. In line with the theory of qiraah mubjadi which offers the concepts of mutuality, cooperation and equality. In maintaining family integrity, people who come from migrant families have ways to do it, one of which is to maintain mutual trust during long distance contact with their husbands, in this case maintaining communication is the main key, and husbands do not forget their responsibility to support their wives and children. This makes them survive in order to maintain the integrity of their household. Therefore, the role of migrant workers in maintaining family resilience in East Tobai village can be said to be in line with the concept of qiraah mubjadi which offers the values of mutuality, cooperation and equality in the family between husband and wife.
