The growing awareness of the potential of its area has given birth to a Tourism Village-based empowerment program. This study aims to answer 1.) How is the transformation of the area carried out by the community so that it has an impact on the empowerment results of the Bendhung Lepen Tourism Village. 2.) What is the form of religious values and environmental ethics in the Mrican Village community. This study aims to describe the transformation of the area that has occurred and analyze what religious values and environmental ethics are implemented in the area. This study uses a qualitative approach, this study uses observation, interview, and documentation study methods to collect data from the local community and tourism managers. The results of the study show that the integration of religious values in the daily activities of the community has created a collective awareness of the importance of protecting the environment. In addition, environmental ethics applied in the practice of natural resource management and tourism in sustainable empowerment have had a positive impact on community welfare and ecosystem sustainability. In addition, the study found that activities such as mutual cooperation, tree planting, and training on sustainable agriculture are real manifestations of the application of these values. The positive impacts felt include increased community income through the tourism sector, improved environmental quality, and community strengthening. However, challenges such as changes in community behavior and pressure on natural resources still need to be addressed %Z Dr. Mahatva Yoga Adi Pradana, M.Sos
