The results of this study indicate that: there are problems for women in Janti padukuhan due to the co-19 pandemic, this is utilized by agents in the farm women's group in Janti to rebirth the Mekar Janti farm women's group by recruiting women affected by the pandemic with modalities and also discursive awareness. Where discursive awareness and the role of this agent have an influence on the structure and the structure returns to the agent's modality. First, that the form of empowerment that exists in the Mekar Janti farmer women's group is inseparable from various important parties involved such as Mrs. Dukuh, the Sleman Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office, the local government of Padukuhan Janti and Caturtunggal Village and also the Janti community itself in this case, especially mothers. Secondly, the existence of women's agency in efforts to empower Muslim women in the Mekar Janti farmer women's group has an influence on aspects of the Janti community such as economic, social, cultural and religious.
