This can pose risks to their mental health. To address this need, online counseling services have emerged, one of which is @temanmu\_curhat, which utilizes the Instagram platform to promote its services. Through its Instagram account, @temanmu\_curhat presents educational content aimed at attracting an audience to utilize the counseling services offered. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with an approach based on the marketing communication theory, specifically the 7P marketing mix, implemented through the features of Instagram in promoting these services. The results indicate that the use of Instagram features to promote online counseling services on the @temanmu\_curhat account is relatively effective in attracting potential users.} }
