The laws that\r\nare built pay attention to all aspects of human life, not partial ones. In general, the aim of\r\nIslamic law is jalb al-maşāliḥ wa dar'u al-mafāsid, realizing benefit and preventing damage,\r\nthe greatest benefit and the smallest damage, ideally achieving benefit without any damage,\r\nboth to individuals and society.\r\nOne of the principles that is the foundation of Islamic law is convenience by not burdening\r\nMuslims beyond their capabilities. The embodiment of this principle is the possibility of\r\nchanging the law to another law or from one act to another act that is more convenient.
