Researchers see that the Assalafiyyah Mlangi Islamic boarding school has developed and used it for several years and no research has been found that examines the academic information system model that has been implemented by the salaf Islamic boarding school so that this research is important to do in order to get an overview of the academic information system model and its impact on diniyah education in salaf islamic boarding schools and to create a manual book that can be used as a guideline for design and operation so that it can be used as a reference by other salaf Islamic boarding schools to develop similar things. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. The research subjects were determined by purposive & snowballing methods with the criteria of knowing, understanding, and experiencing. Data collection used interviews, observations, and documentation with triangulation as a data validity technique. Data analysis used transcribing, coding, grouping, comparing & contrasting, and subtaining within existing literatures. The results of this study indicate that the Assalafiyyah Foundation which oversees the Assalafiyyah Mlangi Islamic boarding school has developed and implemented 19 websites and one application to manage the education sector designed using the codeigniter v3 framework. The SIA for diniyah education (madin) involves the admin as the main actor, the religious teacher as the supporting actor, and the students and their guardians as the end users. The academic information system used can manage various information in the form of information on students, religious teachers, education and learning activities, learning achievements, discipline of students and religious teachers, and organizational work programs. The implementation of SIA at the Assalafiyyah Islamic boarding school has several impacts, including new policies, a paperless culture, decision making, and more effective data management.
