"Concentration in learning is an important ability that must be possessed\r\nby early childhood to support their learning success in the future. However, lately,\r\nconcentration problems have often been found in children, including in class B2.\r\nThis study aims to determine the strategies used by teachers in training the\r\nconcentration of learning of children aged 5-6 years at Al-I'Dad An Nuur\r\nKindergarten, Ngangkrik, Triharjo, Sleman. This study uses a qualitative\r\ndescriptive method, data collection through observation, interviews, and\r\ndocumentation. The subjects of the study were class teachers, class B2 students,\r\nand the principal. The focus of the study includes the condition of children's\r\nconcentration while studying in class, teaching strategies applied by teachers, and\r\nfactors in children's concentration in learning. The results of the study showed that\r\nthe condition of children's concentration in class B2 varied. Girls were better able\r\nto concentrate on learning, while boys began to lose their concentration in\r\nlearning after 10-15 minutes. Teachers apply various strategies in training\r\nchildren's concentration in class, such as setting study rules, brain gymnastics,\r\nsinging while moving, and ice breaking. Supporting factors for concentration in\r\nlearning are the child's physical condition, drinking intake, and teaching methods.\r\nMeanwhile, factors that inhibit concentration in learning are parenting patterns,\r\ncellphone addiction and undisciplined rules at home. This study is expected to\r\nprovide guidance for teachers and PAUD institutions in designing effective\r\nlearning programs to improve children's concentration in learning.
