"This research aims to understand the strategies of the Internal Quality Assurance Agency (LPMI) at the Hamalatul Quran Foundation (YHQ) in improving the competence of graduates, to explore the strategic management practices, the outcomes of implementing these strategies, and to conduct a SWOT analysis of LPMI YHQ. Using a qualitative approach, this study gathered data through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis related to internal quality assurance practices.\r\nThe research findings indicate that, first, LPMI YHQ implements strategies through three stages: strategic planning, which includes formulating the vision and mission, analyzing the strategic environment, assessing the organization, formulating specific objectives, and determining strategies. The vision and mission indicators need to be developed in a measurable, appealing, and motivating way. In terms of organization, there is a need to improve coordination and collaboration between departments. Second, the implementation of strategies to improve graduate competence is carried out through four approaches: curriculum development, human resource development, collaboration with stakeholders, and continuous evaluation and improvement programs. Third, in the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats), LPMI YHQ has both internal strengths and weaknesses. Meanwhile, LPMI is also confronted with external factors in the form of opportunities and threats faced by the institution.
