One approach to creating a conducive educational environment is the implementation of child-friendly schools. Child-friendly schools focus not only on intellectual development but also on ensuring protection, participation, and respect for children's rights.\r\nThis research aims to analyze and explore the strategic management of the child-friendly school (SRA) program at MAN 4 Bantul, its impact on improving student achievement, and the key factors contributing to the program's success. This study employs a qualitative research design using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and document analysis. The validity of the data is ensured through source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis follows the theory of Miles and Huberman, involving data collection, data reduction, and data presentation.\r\nThe results of this research found that First, the Child-Friendly School concept at MAN 4 Bantul is implemented by creating a safe environment, inclusive learning, and proactive counseling space to support students' holistic well-being, including physical, mental and emotional aspects. Second, program management is carried out using the POAC approach, which includes planning, organizing, implementing activities and periodic evaluation to ensure program success. Third, this program has a positive impact by reducing cases of bullying, shaping students' positive character, and improving psychological well-being, which contributes to academic and non-academic achievements. Fourth, the success of the program is supported by collaboration between teachers, students, parents and stakeholders through joint commitment, continuous training, and integrated monitoring and evaluation."^^ .
