Education, as the foundation of social and economic development, faces complex financial difficulties from which the accessibility and quality of education are affected. Despite the big potential fund availability through waqf scheme, many potential individuals are unable to access education because of their economic problem. Waqf in Indonesia reaches as much as Rp 120 trillion each year, and it collected Rp 1.4 trillion by March 2022, which was very much higher than the 2018 to 2021 collection which was only Rp 855 billion. The lower-than-its-potency of money waqf collection seems to impact education. Research on money waqf to invent the most ideal strategy of waqf stimulation has not been a success. Thus, the objective of this study is to create a model of money waqf empowerment that suits the Indonesian education program. To reach the goal, an Analytic Network Process (ANP) model accompanied by a software Super Decision was used. ANP is one of decision-drawing method with priority scale. This study carried out a synthesis analysis of the problem, the solution, and the strategy. Both internal and external hindrance haunts the money waqf empowerment for education, and management has been the major discouraging factor. The relevant waqf-empowering strategies comprise waqf policy, coaching and empowering the nazir (or the one who has the intention to give waqf), education program strengthening, money-waqf introduction and promotion. A model on the basis of investment, partnership, scholarship, and education program can give the management an outlook on money waqf management from the process of fund collection to the spending of it on education. %Z Prof. Dr. Drs.
