"Education plays a very important role in the society’s welfare\r\nachievements. Education, as the foundation of social and economic\r\ndevelopment, faces complex financial difficulties from which the\r\naccessibility and quality of education are affected. Despite the big\r\npotential fund availability through waqf scheme, many potential\r\nindividuals are unable to access education because of their economic\r\nproblem. Waqf in Indonesia reaches as much as Rp 120 trillion each\r\nyear, and it collected Rp 1.4 trillion by March 2022, which was very\r\nmuch higher than the 2018 to 2021 collection which was only Rp 855\r\nbillion. The lower-than-its-potency of money waqf collection seems to\r\nimpact education. Research on money waqf to invent the most ideal\r\nstrategy of waqf stimulation has not been a success. Thus, the objective\r\nof this study is to create a model of money waqf empowerment that\r\nsuits the Indonesian education program. To reach the goal, an Analytic\r\nNetwork Process (ANP) model accompanied by a software Super\r\nDecision was used. ANP is one of decision-drawing method with\r\npriority scale. This study carried out a synthesis analysis of the\r\nproblem, the solution, and the strategy. Both internal and external\r\nhindrance haunts the money waqf empowerment for education, and\r\nmanagement has been the major discouraging factor. The relevant\r\nwaqf-empowering strategies comprise waqf policy, coaching and\r\nempowering the nazir (or the one who has the intention to give waqf),\r\neducation program strengthening, money-waqf introduction and\r\npromotion. A model on the basis of investment, partnership,\r\nscholarship, and education program can give the management an\r\noutlook on money waqf management from the process of fund\r\ncollection to the spending of it on education."^^ .
